``On purchasing a new condo, I discovered with regret that the marble counters and floors in the kitchen, although beautiful, were significantly stained and scratched. This was especially visible in the daylight. I wanted to have them refinished.
I contacted three professionals. The first company gave me a rough estimate of $1400, based on square footage, and asked me to send an e-mail with the details. I sent two e mail messages, neither of which was responded to.
The next contractor told me he would come in several weeks’ time. When I reminded him of his appointment, he informed me that, after all, marble surfaces cannot be repaired!
The third contractor told me that kitchen counters are not made from marble because it is too soft, and that I must have mistaken my marble for granite!
When I called Marble Renewal, I was promptly given an appointment for a free estimate that suited my working hours. The inspection was made by a very professional and articulate gentleman who quoted me a price based on a working day, rather than the square footage of the area to be treated. The quote was significantly lower than I had been expecting. He gave me an appointment for the work to be done that, again, suited my working hours and did not leave me languishing for long weeks.
I needed the contractor to be prompt. To my surprise and delight, he came well ahead of time. He was neat, very friendly and very professional. I was able to leave my home on time and with the peace of mind that everything would go well.
Indeed, on my return, I was astounded by the result. I would certainly have thought my floor and counters were brand-new. It was outstanding work. Moreover, the contractor had left my home spotless – indeed, cleaner than I had left it! In fact, my foyer was so shiny, I suspected that he had also refinished my granite floor. Actually, he had just made sure that not a trace of dirt was left on my floors.
I am 100 per cent satisfied with the work carried out by Marble Renewal. Their professional and timely approach was such a refreshing change from my previous experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Marble Renewal to anyone who wants their marble surfaces to look like new – without hassles, inconvenience, long delays, unexpected costs or high prices.``

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we are with work the done by Marble Renewal.
As you know, the Italian limestone tiles, which we had waited over six months for, arrived in poor condition. They were stained and covered with a stubborn residue of dirt. Our tile-setter threw up his hands in disgust, saying that companies should not be allowed to deliver stone in that state. However, our complaints fell on deaf ears at the tile company. We tried to sand out the stains, only to make matters worse. Our last hope was to hire someone to polish the stone and make the tiles look a bit better.
I must admit to being skeptical as to whether Marble Renewal could restore the limestone. But you have exceeded beyond our expectations. We are very pleased to have hired you.
